1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and the business details you provide during onboarding, such as services, service areas, hours, photos, logos, and brand information.

Information about your business from public sources: details from your website and Google Business Profile, which we use to prefill your profile.

Payment information: your card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Call information: if we provide a call tracking number for your business, we receive records of calls to that number, such as the caller's number, the time, and the duration.

Technical information: your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit, collected by our systems and by Stripe for security and fraud prevention.

Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and engagement on profilelaunchusa.com. Our tracking code excludes form fields, URL fragments, and URL query parameters other than campaign tags from page addresses sent to Analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, set up and manage your business profiles, process payments, report on results, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our services, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include Stripe for payments, OpenAI for drafting and organizing business profile content, Cloudflare for file storage, Telnyx for phone numbers and call tracking, and Google and other platforms where we publish your business information at your request.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

4. Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may send text messages about your account and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our checkout and onboarding pages use browser storage and cookies that are needed for them to work, such as keeping your onboarding link active. Stripe uses cookies on the payment form for security and fraud prevention.

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure website activity. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tracking code.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to limit how we use it. 9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
