Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By checking the agreement box, completing checkout, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Our services

Profile Launch provides Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, content creation, reporting, and, depending on your plan, website design and hosting, citations, and social media management for local businesses.

The services included in your subscription are the ones listed for your plan at checkout. Website schema work requires a website built on WordPress. Any work outside your plan needs a separate written agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and complete business information, to keep it up to date, and to give us access to the accounts we need to deliver the services, such as your Google Business Profile, website, and social media accounts.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you send us, including logos, photos, and text, and that your business and its content follow applicable laws.

4. Onboarding

After your payment is confirmed, we send you to our onboarding form to collect your business details. We may prefill parts of the form from public information about your business. Our work starts once onboarding is complete, and delays in providing information can delay your results.

5. Billing and payment

Your plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Profile Launch to charge your payment method each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.

If your checkout shows a first charge date, your card is saved at checkout and first charged on that date. Any discount applies for the period shown at checkout, after which the regular monthly price applies.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause or suspend services until your account is current.

6. Cancellation

Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and services continue until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant Profile Launch a non-exclusive license to use, copy, edit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the services.

8. Intellectual property

Our website, software, templates, and materials are owned by Profile Launch or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you, except as agreed in writing.

9. Results and third-party platforms

We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls, or other results. Search engines, Google, and social media platforms control their own algorithms and policies, which can change without notice. We are not responsible for their decisions, including suspensions or changes to your listings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profile Launch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your services if you do not pay, break these terms, or use our services in a way that is unlawful or harmful. You can end your services by cancelling as described above.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new date. If you continue to use our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
